The
Surf House
A wonderful calm space made more relaxing by sitting in the garden listening to the waves of the neighbouring Atlantic as you enjoy the fabulous surroundings afforded by the large private garden. ‘The Surf House’ is a contemporary bungalow recently completely renovated, located on one of the most desirable residential areas of Widemouth Bay, just within 3 minutes’ walk from the beach, one of Cornwall’s Blue Flag & top surfing beaches. The house is adjacent to the South West coastal path, making The Surf House a wonderful place to stay for surfers, walkers, golfers & families in equal measure.
The house boasts welcoming open plan living, a raised terrace area opening from the lounge & expansive garden area where you can enjoy al fresco dining with the sea as a backdrop protected from sea breezes. There is plentiful car parking for three cars, annex / utility room for storing surfboards & bikes, outside shower, Smart TV.
The house has three good sized bedrooms – accommodating 6 guests in one of either a super king, king or one twin. There is also one family bathroom with bath & shower. Nearby is the excellent local village shop with a daily fresh fish counter and they stock all daily essentials. There is also a good selection of pubs and restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk serving great local food and drinks.
Bude town, which has an excellent selection of restaurants and many really good small independent shops, is a short drive along the scenic coast road. A truly fabulous property and perfectly located by the golden Widemouth Bay sands and within easy distance of the many local attractions.

"We stayed at the Surf House as my Daughter was getting Married which was convenient for the reception and also a stones throw away from the beach as we stayed a week!
The Surf House was very spacious with plenty of parking on the driveway and a Hugh garden.
The lounge/kitchen was great for entertaining with all modern facilities too and great for children to be outside playing in view.
The bedrooms had lots of storage and nicely decorated.
The bathroom was very modern and the shower over the bath was really powerful.

"We stayed at the Surf House in Widemouth Bay and had the best holiday. The house is minutes walk to the beach along a pavement which was ideal for my elderly mother to access in her wheelchair, the beach also has a wheelchair access ramp.
The views are stunning, the décor beautiful and though the detached bungalow has neighbours it is so quiet, you can hear the rustling trees and the waves.
Would highly recommend. The owners were so helpful in recommending eateries and providing advice about the local area too."

A wonderful holiday rental.
"The bungalow is in an awesome location - just pick up your paddle board and walk the 150 years to the beach. The local store is just a few minutes away and Bude is quite near too. The property has everything a family needs to make for a relaxing break. Lovely big and comfy beds with crisp white linen, great shower, easy kitchen and up to date layout. Modern, spacious and spotlessly clean. Large garden, perfect for all the summer games and more. Genevieve and John are great hosts ,very friendly and helpful, they will help you with whatever you need. In short everything you and your family needs for an amazing holiday . We had a wonderful time, will definitely be returning!"
